Tariff

Prices are from £350.00 to £650.00 per week inclusive depending on property, number of people and season. Please Note: the above prices are a weekly rate. Considerable discounts are given for longer stays, business lets etc. Please telephone us to discuss.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENANCY

20% deposit on booking, or if the booking is made within 56 days of commencement, the full cost of the holiday. The balance is due 56 days prior to the commencement.

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is not returnable, and within 56 days of commencement the full cost will be charged; we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

The proprietors are not responsible for and cannot accept liability for any injury sustained by any person or damage to or loss of any property brought onto the premises.

Bookings can only be regarded as firm when the full deposit has been received and written confirmation issued.

The hirer will take all reasonable care of the property and its contents and will leave equipment, furnishings, utensils etc. in a clean and tidy condition prior to the requested time of departure.

The hirer will be responsible for the cost of any breakages, damage or exceptional cleaning occasioned by any member of the party, and either make good or replace such items where practicable, or report matters and make reimbursements to the key holder prior to departure.
